    Lauren Silberman is a cannabis licensing and compliance expert with extensive experience launching and supporting cannabis businesses nationwide. She has helped clients win dozens of licenses in over 30 states and has played a key role in helping companies establish and expand operations in highly regulated markets. Lauren specializes in guiding operators through the complexities of licensing strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational build-outs, ensuring businesses not only secure licenses but also maintain them successfully over time. Her work spans from small cultivators to multi-state operators, where she has developed systems for compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Lauren’s national perspective and deep regulatory expertise make her a trusted advisor for operators navigating the evolving cannabis industry.

    Ariana Van Alstine is a California-licensed attorney and consultant specializing in cannabis law, licensing, and regulatory compliance. As founder of AAVA Consulting and Legal Services, she has helped clients achieve hundreds of licenses across competitive local and state processes, guided multi-state expansion efforts, and successfully navigated enforcement actions. Ariana previously served as Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Connected Cannabis Co., where she oversaw compliance and regulatory strategy for a vertically integrated, multi-state operator. Recognized nationwide for her expertise, Ariana is a frequent speaker on cannabis regulations and licensing and has advised both cannabis operators and industry platforms on navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Her experience spans to dozens of States and Municipalities nationwide.
